No refunds will be made to your original payment method. After a deposit is completed, there is no way to reverse it. Your balance must be used on orders within SmmExchange.
By completing a payment, you agree that you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.
Filing a dispute or chargeback after a deposit may result in termination of all pending orders, a permanent site ban, and reversal of all delivered services to your accounts.
Orders cannot be refunded or canceled once placed. You will receive a wallet credit if an order is confirmed non-deliverable by our system.
Orders placed on private accounts or using incorrect links do not qualify for refunds. Always verify your link and ensure your account is public before ordering.
Unauthorized or stolen payment methods will result in immediate and permanent account termination without exception.
Do not use more than one service provider simultaneously for the same account or post. We cannot guarantee accuracy in such cases, and no refund will be issued.
