SmmExchange does not guarantee a specific delivery time; estimated delivery times are not grounds for refund.
SmmExchange is used only to promote your social media accounts and boost your online appearance. We do NOT guarantee that new followers will interact with you — only that you receive the quantity you paid for. Private accounts do not qualify for refunds. Do not upload any content that violates the terms of Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
No refunds will be made to your original payment method. All deposits are final. Orders cannot be refunded or canceled after placement — you will receive a wallet credit if an order is non-deliverable. Filing a chargeback after depositing may result in a permanent account ban and reversal of delivered services. Misplaced or private-account orders do not qualify for refunds.
